The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) that the CUSTOMER has indicated during the ordering process.

The deadlines for preparing an order and then establishing the invoice, before shipping the Works IN STOCK are 2 to 3 working days. These deadlines do not include weekends or public holidays.
The deadlines for work on commission, they are discussed beforehand with the CLIENT.
An e-mail message will be sent to the CLIENT at the time of shipment of the PRODUCTS, provided that the email address appearing in the registration form is correct.

Delivery times & costs
During the ordering process, La Chouette informs the CUSTOMER of the possible shipping times and formulas for the PRODUCTS purchased.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be payable by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

Returns accepted by La Chouette are only for defective items.
She does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased
either defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact the artist by email and provide details of the product and the defect.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. The Artist is not
responsible for loss or damage in transit. You have to

If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping
